Live Course: TEAM-CBT for Healing Relationships/Couples - Module 4

  • Closed
  • Course
  • 24 Lessons

In this weekly, 14-session course, I will share with you effective and practical tools and processes for helping clients resolve relational conflict and improve their overall sense of connection and relationship satisfaction.

We will focus on intimate relationships and couples work, but the tools and processes will enhance effectiveness in relationship work with one client, how TEAM is currently set up, in addition to being helpful to improving connection in many types of relationships (with parents, siblings, children, coworkers, etc.).

Each week, you will learn through:

  • didactics

  • live demo with a real couple to bring the tools to life

  • and practice sessions.

You can practice as the therapist or do personal work on your own relationships to deepen your understanding of the tool.

While this is not a substitute for therapy, doing personal work will allow you to step into the client's shoes and feel the impact of the tools and processes to enhance your learning.

There will be no more than 3 participants per practice group to help build intimacy and connection. As the therapist, you will have an experienced practice group leader present to provide support, guidance and feedback to help you improve your skills.
