This is an interactive training with live demos and practice sessions to bring the tools and healing processes to life. Michael Luo, MD is a fourth-year psychiatry resident at the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and a Level 3 Certified TEAM-CBT Therapist. He's passionate about helping humans reach their full potential, combining TEAM-CBT with psychopharmacology — but only when patients want it. Outside of clinical work, Michael co-hosts Finding Humans Less Scary, a social anxiety intensive workshop, and enjoys Russian banya culture and tennis.
Thai-An Truong helps therapists improve their confidence and effectiveness in their healing work with clients. She is a Certified TEAM-CBT Therapist & Trainer, Level 5 and IFS Therapist, Level 3. TEAM-CBT was created by Dr. David Burns and has been life-changing for her, both professionally and personally. She loves integrating IFS, ACT, and memory reconsolidation to guide our clients toward transformational change. In her private practice, she specializes in the treatment of trauma and OCD.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds for on demand courses and products. You can receive a refund for live courses if you cancel at least 2 weeks before the event start date. Refunds will be issued in full, minus a 5% processing fee. There are no refunds for live courses that have already started.

CE Certificates: NBCC CE certificates are issued free of charge for those who have attended a training in full and completed the feedback form on time (within 5 days after the training ends). For participants needing partial credit, there will be a $25 fee for creating a separate certificate for you. For those needing a CE certificate after the feedback form deadline, you must also pay the $25 fee for the feedback form to be turned back on and a separate certificate sent to you.
This fee is only for participants needing CE Certificates with partial credit or after the feedback form deadline. The NBCC board requires missing no more than 15 minutes of a workshop to get full credit.
