TEAM-CBT 2-Day Bootcamp Training: Practical Tools to Help Your Clients Overcome Anxiety and Depression
GROUP IS FULL AND REGISTRATION IS CLOSED!! HOPE TO SEE YOU NEXT TIME.
Do you sometimes feel stuck and unable to be as effective as you would like to be in helping your clients overcome their struggles with anxiety and depression? This training will give you:
Day 1 (Friday, September 20th)
Practical, evidence-based tools that will increase your success rates with helping your clients improve their mood and lower their anxiety, over fewer sessions.
Advanced empathy tools to help you connect with all your clients on a deeper level, even the “borderline” and “difficult” ones.
Motivational tools that allow your clients to work through their resistance to change, making therapy feel less frustrating and more rewarding.
Tons of practice so you can immediately apply the tools and begin to see real change in your clients’ mood and life.
Day 2 (Friday, September 27th)
Case consultation and application of the whole TEAM model, so you can see how an actual treatment process will go from beginning to end. Application of the whole treatment process is an effective and fun way to learn TEAM-CBT.
Personal work for one volunteer using the whole TEAM model from beginning to end. If you volunteer, you get the unique chance to see from the client’s perspective how this treatment works. Other group members get to actively practice the treatment tools, which is the best way to learn TEAM-CBT.
While his training will give you practical tools to increase your success in helping your clients, it will require that you:
Step outside of your comfort zone.
Be willing to make mistakes.
Be receptive to honest feedback for your continued growth and mastery of the tools.
If these terms work for you, I’m excited to show you how TEAM-CBT can change your practice and your life, in the same way it has mine!

I love sharing my heart and passion for TEAM-CBT with other therapists. 1:1 training is one of my favorite things to do. It is ideal for:
Case Consultation - Get unstuck with specific clients and move forward in a more meaningful and productive way using the TEAM-CBT approach.
TEAM-CBT skills development: Practice TEAM-CBT tools and receive feedback for your professional growth. The individualized practice and feedback is the best way to build your clinical skills and become more effective in helping your clients.
Personal Work - We can be more effective in helping our clients when we help ourselves first. Personal work helps you learn the tools on a personal, deeper level. You’ll get to see the client’s perspective as you use the tools to overcome your own struggles in life. We all have them! Personal work can also help heal any therapeutic barriers you may bring to the sessions (e.g., fear of conflict, anxiety with setting boundaries, challenges with receiving critical feedback from clients).
Preparation for Level 3 Exam - A minimum of four 1:1 training sessions are required before applying for your level 3 exam. You will get a mock exam experience during a double session, then we will hone your skills in weaker areas while building on your strengths. The goal is to improve your overall skills and help you feel more prepared and confident for the exam. Contact Dr. Angela Krumm (director of certification at FGI) for the exam rubric before you begin this training.
Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to book an appointment. Grab a friend for 2:1 training and split the cost!
Individual Training - Extended Sessions
We can often cover more ground to help you hone your clinical skills with longer sessions. My trainees often state that 1 hr goes by too quickly! Email me at email@example.com to book an appointment. Grab a friend for 2:1 training and split the cost!
1.5 hrs - $186
2 hrs (Double Session) - $247
