This course brings to life the TEAM-CBT treatment process, from beginning to end, through 8 telehealth sessions with a woman named Euni. From the initial phone screening to relapse prevention, this course will walk you through every step along the way to show you how to more effectively help your clients work through anxiety, depression, and anger.
Aside from the welcome video, all video content is 100% demo of the treatment process.

This course is intended for mental health professionals and is most beneficial to those who have had some exposure to TEAM-CBT, by going through at least 1 of the following first:
1) Read Dr. David Burns' Feeling Great book
2) Take Dr. Jill Levitt's online course or attend any live training through the Feeling Good Institute (FGI).
3) Attend a basic TEAM-CBT training from a Level 4 or 5 trainer.
You will need to set aside about 2.5 hours of your time to go through each module.
The course has 6 modules and will take about 14 hours total, with the following breakdown:
Video content: 11 hrs and 12 mins.
Reading written didactics below each video: approximately 2 hrs and 45 minutes with 16,500 words total (about 2 mins per lesson)
Written work and practice is highly encouraged for enhancing the learning experience, but can't be counted into the total hours since it is optional.
Past participants shared that going through the course content, engaging in the written work, reading and responding to comments, and having a study buddy to practice the material all helped to enhance their learning experience.
