In this 2-hr free webinar, Christine Rucker, LCSW will share with you the basics of psychosis, using TEAM-CBT to monitor psychotic symptoms, and how to provide effective empathy to this population. This is a prerequisite for a 2-Day TEAM-CBT for Psychosis Training that will be held on March 20 & 27, 2026.

Learning Objectives:

  1. State 3 facts to normalize experiences by people with psychosis symptoms.

  2. Demonstrate feeling empathy for delusions and hallucinations.

  3. Incorporate and interpret surveys to monitor negative symptoms.

Requirements:

  • You must attend in full to receive CEs; no late arrivals/early departures.

  • CEs are only offered to those who attend live.

    • Recordings will be sent to all registrants.

  • Complete feedback form.

About the Trainer: Christine Rucker, LCSW

Christine Rucker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in Virginia and LMSW in New York. She is a TEAM-CBT Level 3 clinician. Christine has a special interest in working with people with psychosis and trauma. She received training in EMDR and Attachment-Focused EMDR. 

Christine is working toward her TEAM-CBT Level 4 Trainer certification, under the supervision of Thai-An Truong, LPC, LADC, Certified TEAM-CBT Therapist & Trainer, Level 5.
